[Report] The 2nd HIAS Brown Bag Seminar: D.S. Prasada Rao (Specially Appointed Professor, HIAS/Emeritus Professor, The University of Queensland), “Contrasting Trajectories: The Political Economy of Growth in China and India.”

Welcoming Specially Appointed Professor D.S. Prasada Rao, Hitotsubashi Institute of Advanced Study (HIAS) held its 2nd HIAS Brown Bag Seminar on 9 May, 2024.
The presentation, “Contrasting Trajectories: The Political Economy of Growth in China and India” (joint work with Sugata Marjit and Yan Wang) was received with positive feedback from all who attended.

The HIAS Brown Bag Seminar is a new seminar series hosted by Hitotsubashi Institute for Advanced Study (HIAS).
The seminar series aims to promote interaction between HIAS researchers, faculty members, and students university-wide.
HIAS, with its 11 research centers, will continue to strive to function as a hub to facilitate active research collaboration throughout the University.
