Marco Nutta (Assistant Professor, HIAS) and Hiromi Kamata (Professor, School of Business Administration, Hitotsubashi University) have been invited to serve as Guest Editors for an upcoming special issue of the Journal of Foodservice Business Research titled “Beverage Experiences and Tourism in the Asia Pacific: A Consumer Focus.”
The special issue examines how beverages such as sake, tea, wine, spirits, and other regional products function as cultural cues and experiential elements shaping consumer perception and destination appeal across the Asia Pacific region. It aims to advance understanding of beverage related consumption and tourism experiences in Asian contexts, which remain underrepresented in existing scholarship.
The Journal of Foodservice Business Research is an international peer reviewed journal with an interdisciplinary focus spanning marketing, hospitality, tourism, and consumer research.
