[Report] The 18th HIAS Brown Bag Seminar: Specially Appointed Assistant Professor, Akimune Yoshida  (HIAS), “Neo-Legal Anthropocentrism and Japanese Animal Law”

Welcoming Specially Appointed Assistant Professor Akimune Yoshida, Hitotsubashi Institute for Advanced Study (HIAS) held the 18th HIAS Brown Bag Seminar on 10 July 2025. His presentation, “Neo-Legal Anthropocentrism and Japanese Animal Law”, was very well-received by all attendees.

The HIAS Brown Bag Seminar is a new seminar series hosted by Hitotsubashi Institute for Advanced Study (HIAS).
The seminar series aims to promote interaction between HIAS researchers, faculty members, and students university-wide.
HIAS, with its 10 research centers, will continue to function as a hub facilitating active research collaboration throughout the the University.
